A Review on The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook….Great Tasting Recipes That Keep You Lean!

If your main focus in dieting is to lose weight and at the same time regain strength and health, then The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook is a great book for you. I have not tried this diet yet, but I am eager to because the recipes look delicious, especially considering these meals are chosen to make you lose weight!

There are so many recipes to choose from in The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook; over 150!!!!! Also, this educational cookbook is full of pictures, tips, and delicious and easy-to-make recipes. To make reading and learning easier, this cookbook is divided into smaller sections for different categories. There are breakfast, soups, grains, proteins, sauces, one dish meals, vegetables, pastas, and dessert sections. Yes, I said desserts! There is even a category for just grains!

I decided last night to prepare one of the meals from The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook, in order to provide real experience for this review. I cooked the “In A Canadian Stew”, using my slow cooker. WOW! I didn’t tell my husband that this particular recipe was ‘diet’ food. He ate 3 bowls, in other words, this stew was delicious!

If you are looking for healthy food recipes that will also help you lose weight, then I suggest trying The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook. There are so many recipes that you will not get bored cooking and eating them,  and your family will enjoy them right along with you!
