Daily Food and Fitness Thoughts

Many people find it helpful to take a few minutes at the end of each day (or the beginning of the day, depending on what works better for your schedule) to review the day.

This is a short worksheet that can help you do that.

Take a few moments to think about what you accomplished (or didn’t accomplish during the day.  Then take a few moments to think about how you want the next day to go.
