Prepare your own foods.  It’s easy to turn to pre-packaged foods, but they quite often contain sodium, sugar and preservatives.  I also find it helpful to have one main cooking day a week.  On that day I prep all my veggies and fruits and cook a lot of chicken.  I’ll sometimes make a healthy soup and freeze it in single portion containers.

Wow!  Your website sounds exactly what I’m looking for!  I desperately need to lose weight and it’s hard when there are so many diets out there.  At this point I don’t even know what I should be eating–carbs, no carbs, milk, no milk…thanks for a great website!

I can use all the help I can get!!! I am learning to think of things as a life change and not just another diet.
