Would a “Drill Sergeant” Help You Stay Motivated?

Let’s face it – some of us need a little extra help to keep making good decisions.

Would it help to have someone act as your “drill sergeant” to help keep you on track?fitness coach

Well… maybe not a drill sergeant, but how about someone who will help hold you accountable for doing the things you say you want to do?

That is what this program will do for you.

Obviously, we can’t be with you all day whispering in your ear or demanding that you make good choices.

Making good choices is something that you alone have to do.

However, sometimes it is easier to make good choices if you know that you are going to have to tell someone what choices you made during the day.

This is something we can help you with.

Here is what this program will do:

  • Check in with you each morning
  • You will need to tell us about your health/fitness goals for the day (or the next day depending on how your schedule works out)
  • The following morning, we’ll check back in to find out:
    • How you did with your daily goals the previous day
    • What you plan to do tomorrow
  • If we don’t hear from you… we will hunt you down 🙂
