I plan out my supper meals for 2 weeks at a time. I create the shopping list as I plan and then add my usuals that I have for breakfast, lunch and snacks. I typically cook twice a week and then just have to reheat food.

Thanks for the great advice. You’re right. Planning AND following the plan is key. I just need to get a lot better about doing this.
