When does it start?
We will start our diet and fitness challenge on September 1st. This will give us enough time to get enough people to sign up and to get the notebook and video sent out to you.
How long does it last? This is a 30-day challenge, but if it is wildly successful, we can continue to help each other stay motivated to get healthy!
Prizes: We’re building a community here, so the prizes given at the end of the 30 days will be based on participation and providing support to others.
