- The 2nd DVD is the advanced workout and will help you to shed even more fat off the midsection to reveal a beautiful set of abs. The intensity is picked up and more difficult abdominal exercises are brought in.
You will be spending some time on the floor with traditional abdominal exercises but not the boring crunches. The focus is on more intense and more effective moves like planks and their variations.
