Wow! Talk about a book in which the authors truly “walk the walk” and not just “talk the talk”! Hitch Fit: Keys to Transforming Your Life is a fitness book written by Micah LaCerte and Diana Chaloux.
The HitchFit book starts out with Micah and Diana each sharing their story of the struggles that they had with fitness while growing up. Micah was a scrawny guy and Diana dealt with weight issues. And now, these two personal trainers are helping people transform their lives and get fit.
In HitchFit, readers will learn:
- What it takes to get rid of body fat
- How to take charge of their choices
- Proper nutrition
- Why exercise is so important
- Keys to happiness
Unlike many fitness and diet books that tend to be written more in a lecture and/or informational style, Hitchfit: Keys to Transforming Your Life is written out of a love for fitness and a passion of wanting to help others.
As you read through the book, it feels as though you’re sitting right there with Micah and Diana and having a really great discussion regarding transformation.
Although the book deals with some heavy issues head-on, such as not consuming alcohol regularly and finding balance in your life, it is also very positive and encouraging.
I was able to read the entire book (133 pages) in one night. It kept my attention and got me excited about staying on track with my current fitness goals.
I really appreciate many of the points that Micah and Diana made and felt challenged in a couple of areas in my life. I recommend Hitchfit: Keys to Transforming Your Life if you’re looking to make changes beyond just eating healthy and working out.
